The award-winning Gambian artist ST Singhateh has officially started his media tour for his upcoming album titled “Sosolaso”. The media tour which started on January 25, 2020, will run up to February 1st on different platforms hosted by some of Gambia’s finest media hosts.

On the 30th of January, the Cigaretto singer will be on Paradise Fm at 10 pm, 31st at Afri Radio’s chill Zone with the talented Mariam Colley while ending his tour on February 1st with Kerr Fatou’s Sally Jobe.

In December 2022, the Afro Manding star–announced the release of his new project which left many fans in suspense about what songs he will feature in the album. Known for making hits and incredible visuals, Singhateh hasn’t failed to meet the standard again– seeing the few songs off his album so far.

Tracks like “Woteng Woleng and Kebba kotto” have become headlines since their release, gathering huge Youtube views and inspiring social media challenges. Talking of Youtube views, the star recently celebrated another milestone of reaching 100k subscribers on the video-sharing platform. The achievement made him become one of the most followed Gambian artists on Youtube.

Scheduled for February 5th 2022 at the Independent Studium in Bakau( The Gambia), the show is expected to attract thousands of fans while celebrating the best of Gambia in terms of music. More so, feature performances from some other Gambian entertainers. 

In the past, Singhateh has had more than one successful project launched at the same place–the Independent Stadium. In 2018, his anticipated “Saluto ” album launch made him among the first artists to fill the 30 thousand capacity of the Independent Stadium. The success of ” Saluto” pathed the way for his eight-track album “Gambiana” which attracted more than 50 thousand attendees. Through an instant post, ST is set to write history again, promising his fans a good album full of great music and a memorable night of the 5th of February, 2022.
