Born and raised in Banjul the Gambia. Olay is married and she is mother to 3 beautiful children. She came to the United States in her late teens. She later attended University of Taxes in Arlington, UTA where she earned her bachelor’s degree in computer science engineer. Olay Ceesay Jabbi is currently a technology leader with over 13 years of experience, leading multimillion dollar projects in various industries ranging from Fortune 500 Financial institutions, Arline, E- commerce and Hospitality. Olay is currently the Vice President/Chief of Staff Collections Operations for a Fortune 500 Financial company. Olay is the founder of afrizar.com which is an African marketplace that allows buying and selling of made-in Africa products. One of the goals of Afrizar is to empower African women entrepreneurs so they can compete globally in e-commerce. Olay Ceesay Jabbie is also a founding member of The Gambia Victims Center which was established in The Gambia in 2017 as well as Co-Founder of the Women’s Associations of Victims Empowerment (WAVE) founded in 2019 In Gambia.
